FAQs

How long should I wait to bring my pet in if I notice a change in their behavior?

Dr. Sarah Gilliam recommends making an appointment at Lee Parkway Veterinary Clinic for your pet as soon as you see a change in their usual behavior. Animals will often hide their pain due to their instincts, and a change in their routine actions may indicate a painful condition for your precious pet. Behavior changes may also be associated with issues unrelated to their health such as moving to a new home or welcoming a baby to your household. Dr. Gilliam has extensive experience in determining if changes in your pet are due to health-related issues, so please call one of our caring staff members right away if you notice a difference in your pet's behavior.

What if my pet has an after-hours problem?

Not all issues with our pets arise during business hours, and if your pet experiences an emergency outside of these times, we recommend the Animal Emergency and Specialty Center. This veterinary emergency hospital can be reached by phone at (423) 822-8304, and is located at 6393 Lee Highway, Chattanooga, Tennessee, 37421.

What financing options do you offer, or is payment expected at the time of service?

Payment is necessary at the time of service at Lee Parkway Veterinary Clinic. We do understand that not all veterinary services occur when expected, so we are happy to accept all major credit cards. Care Credit is a financing option for more expensive services and procedures accepted by Lee Parkway Veterinary Clinic as well. You can apply for this funding option at https://www.carecredit.com/vetmed/.
